Ana Carolina Martinelli
Formada em direito pela Universidade de São Paulo em 2006 e em contabilidade pela FIPECAFI, possui MBA em Finanças pelo Insper, além das certificações CAMS/ACAMS, em PLD/FTP, e FRM/GARP, em risco financeiro, participando ativamente das discussões desses grupos.
Com perfil multidisciplinar, Ana atuou em instituições financeiras S1, em áreas como compliance, risco operacional, administração de fundos de investimento e jurídico, além de gestoras.
Desde 2016, presta assessoria em regulatório CVM e ANBIMA para o mercado financeiro e de capitais.

Renata Popoff Callegari
Graduated in law from the University of São Paulo in 2006, she has a postgraduate degree in Civil Procedure from the Escola Paulista de Magistratura and took an extension course in the financial market at Saint Paul.
With a strong focus on governance, compliance and internal controls, Renata began her career in the financial market as an intern at Banco ABN Amro Real, where she worked in investment and commercial portfolio banks, as well as in big four auditing and in a leading technology multinational in the market.
He also leads Martinelli & Popoff Compliance, an initiative focused on training, internal controls, reputational due diligence and other non-legal activities.

Carolina Rizzi Lima
Graduated in law from the University of São Paulo in 2004, specialized in real estate business from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and in environmental processes from PUC/SP.
With over 20 years of experience in real estate law, having worked at large law firms, banks, startups and investment managers, he works on structuring complex businesses from their conception, defining the best structures, during the management and exploration of the asset until divestment.
